Check-in

You can check in online, on your mobile, or at a kiosk. You may check in online from 24 hours before your fight, or at the kiosk a minimum of 70 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Economy and Premium Economy passengers can proceed with one item of hand luggage, weighing a maximum of 10kg. Upper class passengers are entitled to two hand luggage items, weighing a combined maximum weight of 16kg.

• Economy: One bag up to 32kg.
• Premium Economy: Two bags up to 32kg each.
• Upper Class: Three bags, up to 32kg each.
  All bags must have maximum dimensions of 90 x 75 x 43cm.
